The Camden County Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Monday, May 2 at 6:30 p.m. at the Law Offices of Hornthal, Riley, Ellis and Maland at 301 East Main Street, Elizabeth City, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting is to consult with the Board attorney regarding a matter within the attorney-client privilege and to preserve that privilege, in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 143-318.11a(3); and to discuss a confidential personal matter pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-318.11(a)(6).
